What this can tell you, and what it cannot.

1. This is not a verdict

What the analyser does is name techniques it recognises in a piece of text, and quote the part that triggered each one. It has no way of knowing who sent the message, whether the sender is real, what happened before it, or what is true. It is a second opinion offered by software, and it should be weighed alongside your own judgement and the judgement of somebody you trust — not in place of either.

We have not published an accuracy figure, and until we do you should treat any impression of precision as unearned. The score is a number because a number is legible, not because it is exact.

2. Limits of our responsibility

The service is provided as it is, without warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Riskoria Advising & Professional Services d.o.o. is not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything this service produces, including a risk score, a summary, a debrief, or the absence of a warning.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own country.

Where an organisation licenses this service, that agreement governs between us and them, and these terms continue to govern between us and the individual using the site.

3. Not advice, and not a report

• Not legal or financial advice

  Nothing here is advice about your situation, your money, or your rights. Where the site suggests calling your bank or contacting a reporting body, that is general information about what people in this position usually do.

• Not a report to anybody

  Using the analyser does not report anything to a bank, the police or any authority. If something has happened to you, it still needs reporting, and the page that tells you how is the one to read next.

• Not a person

  The character in a practice scenario is software. It is disclosed on every screen and on every turn, in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Nothing you type in a scenario reaches a human being.

• Not a substitute for telling somebody

  The single most protective thing available to anybody in this situation is one other person knowing about it. This site is not that person.

4. The practice scenarios

The scenarios deliberately reproduce manipulation, because a fraud that does not feel plausible teaches nothing. Some of them are uncomfortable, and the ones that deal with coercion or bereavement carry a warning before they begin.

You can stop any scenario at any point and you still get the debrief. Leaving early is a correct outcome and is scored as one. If this material is close to something that happened to you, it is entirely reasonable to read a finished conversation instead, where nothing is asked of you but attention.

The site is not intended for children. It is written for adults and it deals with adult subject matter.

5. What not to do with it

• Do not use it to get better at defrauding people

  This should not need saying, and it is said anyway. The scenarios exist to teach recognition. Using them to rehearse an approach is a misuse of the service and ends your permission to use it.

• Do not enter other people's personal data

  If you are analysing a message somebody else received, remove names, account numbers and telephone numbers first. The analyser does not keep what you paste, but that is not a reason to paste somebody else's details into it.

• Do not scrape, resell, or wrap it

  The free service is free for people to use, not to be republished, resold, or placed behind somebody else's brand. Organisations wanting to deploy it to their staff or customers should license it, which is a short conversation.

• Do not attack it

  No automated overloading, no attempts to reach other people's sessions, no probing for weaknesses without telling us. If you find a security problem, write to us and you will get an answer within two working days.

6. The rest

Availability

The service is free and offered without a guarantee that it will be available. It may change or stop. Nothing you rely on is stored here, which is by design and is why that is survivable.

Content and ownership

The scenarios, lessons, transcripts and the software are ours. The conversations in the transcripts are composites assembled from documented patterns; none of them is a real person’s messages.

Changes to these terms

If they change materially, the date at the top changes and the change is described here rather than applied silently.

Law and jurisdiction

Croatian law, and the courts of Zagreb, save where the mandatory law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
