Somebody hands you their phone and asks whether this looks alright. That is the position most people are actually in, because these are caught by the person standing nearby far more often than by the person inside them.
Read a conversation that is already over and mark the message after which the rest of it was always going to happen. Nothing is asked of you but attention. There is no score and no timer.
